Blemished Product - Product is cosmetically blemished, but still functional.
This is a drop in replacement for your existing holster hardware.
Our kit includes the following:
- 1x cam lever
- 1x disc magnet
- 2x 8-32 barrel posts
- 1x 8-32 x 5/8 T20 flat head screw
To install:
- Remove existing retention hardware (Figure 1 & 2). DO NOT remove the rubber spacers in the holster.
- Degrease all threads.
- Insert your unloaded firearm into the holster (Figure 3).
- Insert barrel post into the bottom hole of the holster (Figure 4).
- Apply threadlocker to the 8-32 flathead screw while it is inserted into the disc magnet (Figure 5). We recommend using Permatex Orange Gel.
- Using a T20 torx driver, thread the magnet and screw onto the barrel post until you have achieved desired retention (Figure 6 & 7). Move the firearm up and down to verify.
- Identify the convex and concave sides of the cam lever (Figure 8).
- Insert barrel post into the top hole of the holster (Figure 9).
- Apply threadlocker to the cam lever threading (Figure 10).
- Thread the cam lever into the barrel post until you have achieved desired retention (Figure 11).
- Ensure the cam lever's convex side is resting on the magnet, and the cam lever is resting in the recess on the locking disc (Figure 12). The locking disc should be free of any excess movement when the lever is in the unlocked (down) position.
- Flip the lever to the locked (up) position and verify the firearm does not come out of the holster (Figure 13).
- Let the threadlocker set and cure for 24 hours before use.
