For all CSRG product warranties, please initiate the process through our Contact Us form. We stand by our products and will warranty anything produced by us for life, with some exceptions (see below). If we are only a retailer for the product, please reach out to the original manufacturer. Please note, we will deny warranty claims if the damage appears to be deliberately caused.
CSRG Product Warranty Exceptions
- Springs and followers - due to the nature of springs, we consider them to be wear items and do not warranty them. If you need replacement springs, you may purchase them here. For followers, we expect these to be durable goods and have a lifetime warranty, should they break through normal use.
- D-Zone magazine pouches - we have a lifetime warranty on all D-Zone magazine pouches, spacers, and hub plates. We will replace the entire magazine pouch body and mounting hardware. We will not replace the DCC Mod4 clip, so please keep that on hand and use it on your new magazine pouch body.
