Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You must send the product back to us before we remit your refund. It may take 5-10 days after we receive your return for funds to appear back in your acount.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Orders placed Monday - Friday (non-holidays) will generally ship within 24 hours and we usually have everything shipped within the same day. However, due to the occasional extenuating circumstance, your order may be delayed longer. Should this occur, we will notify you of the delay. 

Orders placed on weekends or on federal holidays will not ship until the next business day. 

For our apparel orders fulfilled through Printful, it will take up to 7 days upon receiving your order for Printful to fulfill it. 

We will ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, fulfilled via either USPS or UPS. We currently do not ship internationally. 

Lost Orders

If you suspect your order is lost, please wait 14 days after shipping to contact us. We will contact either USPS or UPS to initiate a lost package ticket and will either send a refund to you or send you a duplicate order. If your original order was recovered and delivered to you, we require you either send the original order back to us or pay for it in full.
